Rowayton, CT

​Rowayton is a section of Norwalk, Connecticut. Located on Long Island Sound just 40 miles from New York City, Rowayton is a coastal New England village.
The community is governed by the Sixth Taxing District of Norwalk and has a number of active local associations, including the Civic Association, the Historical Society, the Rowayton Library, and a Gardeners Club.
The Rowayton station on the New Haven line of the Metro-North Railroad is located within the community, as is an elementary school.
The Rowayton Parents Exchange is an association of parents with young children that was formed over ten years ago to welcome families new and old into our community. RPE members include over 200 families living in Rowayton and the surrounding communities of Norwalk and Darien.
