New Event Fee Payment Policy:
We try our best to offer events that are free of charge; however, sometimes we need to charge a fee for a space, goods or a particular vendor. For events that have a fee associated, you are expected to pay at time of registration. If you are unable to do so, payment or a note to firstname.lastname@example.org stating a check is in the mail is expected within 48 hours of registration. If not, we will have to remove your registration and open up your spot for another member. If you’re unable to make an event that you have paid for, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to receive a refund. Cancellations after that can unfortunately not be refunded, unless you can find someone to take your place. We appreciate your cooperation!
